The Bar Monkey. I think I'm going to have to make me one of those. I took enough courses in college to know how to do it, but there's a bunch of stuff to relearn.
I wonder how hard it would be to keep all the drinks refrigerated. Since I don't have to provide libations for an entire college dorm floor, I could also go for smaller bottle sizes and have more of them. The part I'm the least comfortable with is the firmware for the relays to power the pumps for the drinks and the serial interface for it, but I'm sure I could figure it out given time. It would also be cool if it could dispense ice but I think that's for a version 2.0 model...

Went skiing at Beaver Creek - felt the best I've ever felt on skis. Fresh snow, wide open runs, no lines and a need for speed. My girlfriend had a few foot woes at first but soon her competitive nature took over. We even did a few bumps, which are even more exhausting if you don't know what you're doing. The key is to relax. If your legs are relaxed then they absorb the shock and they put even pressure on the ground at all time. If you're tense then you go up in the air and have a yardsale.
On Sunday we were going to go skiing but we got a late start and the ski area was so crowded we just turned around and went shopping instead. I keep on vascillating on one present I want to get for her. One is geeky, the other one is not and getting both of them is not really an option. As soon as I think I've reached a conclusion, she says something that makes me change my mind.
For dinner, we had Salmon with a honey chili glaze. Yummy Yummy Yummy, especially with a nice bold Cabernet.
